In Leadership Transition Coaching, we use our proven, clear and structured process to lead the leadership transition to success. Leadership Transition Coaching is suitable for both experienced and new managers.

The procedure in the four phases of positioning, orientation, innovation and change ensures that the new leadership role is successfully assumed from the beginning to the first 12 months.

An initial coaching session 1-3 weeks before the start prepares your manager optimally for the new management role. Then, in 2-4 further coaching sessions, current topics are addressed and practical, quick solutions are developed based on our years of experience.

The challenges are analyzed on the basis of the participants’ own specific situations and practical recommendations for action are developed. This takes place in a guided consultation process in which everyone present contributes their expertise and experience.
